Detached is the very first comic I ever created, at the ripe old age of 45.

It's about my experience as a visual artist, being suddenly diagnosed with a detached retina, and about the fear of blindness, as well as the doubts and images of doom that go through one's head when one experiences this (well, in my head, anyway...).

It's a rather personal tale that I'm uniquely qualified to tell.

I've just finished a new comic, entitled "Daemon Process," a supernatural tale of death, love, computers, and an ancient, evil book. This is my first fictional comic, and I'm very proud of it. If you'd like to buy the final, finished 48-page graphic novel, you can get it at IndyPlanet.

For a short time, you can read it in its entirety, here.

Grumbles is a weekly web and newspaper comic where I get to channel my angst about what I see as the the ills of society, from my viewpoint as a, uh... grumbly sorta guy.

Published on the web, as well as in Atlanta's Sunday Paper, Grumbles has alternatively reassured or disgusted its readers for over 3 years.

Recently I was lucky enough to be included in Not My Small Diary #13, which, oddly enough, is all about luck...

First created by Delaine Derry Green in 1996, Not My Small Diary, is a compilation of autobiographical comics by a diverse contributor base, and has spanned 13 issues.
