Making Comics
After 5 or so years of stumbling around in the dark, and figuring out how to do some stuff, I've decided to sit down and start writing about my process of creating comics. As a relative newcomer to this arcane art, I've gone through a lot of shortcuts, picked up a lot of tips from professionals, and evolved as an artist and writer, and now I want to share what I've learned.
The topics I intend to write about include writing for comics, breaking down pages, drawing roughs and final pencils, digital inking, laying out pages in Photoshop, and digital lettering. Maybe I'll even also touch on self-publishing and on-demand printing.
